Horseradish Sauce
Plants harvested in the fall when the tops have died down and all the energy is in the roots bringing the flavour & heat we love. Made simply with ground Horseradish roots, Vinegar, salt, sugar & a bit of water. Sold Frozen, thaw before use, for best heat enjoy immediately, heat will naturally reduce to half strength in a few weeks in the fridge due to natural enzymes and no preservatives.
