Made with 100% Alberta lean pork & beef, eggs, gluten free kinickinick breadcrumbs and mildly seasoned so they are perfect to add to your homestyle pasta sauces, or try them in a stir fry with veggies or even with gravy and mashed potatoes! Toss them with some pepper jelly and you’ve got easy appetizers!!

Full-size pan has 24-28 rolls and serves 6-12; Half Pan with 12 rolls, serves 4-6
Lazy cabbage roll casserole 800+gr in deep Half Pan. Made with minced sour cabbage leaves and our traditional family Cabbage Roll Filling. Buttered pan, recommended to thaw before cooking but can easily be baked from frozen!
Cannelloni:
Three Cheese Cannelloni - NOT Gluten Free but made with Wheat noodles, Tomato Sauce, Cottage Cheese, Egg, Parmesan, Mozzarella and Spices. Pairs great with the Meatballs and a Salad! Half pan serves 2-3; Full-size pan serves 5-8
