Traditional Flavors
For those who prefer a simpler taste, these flavor favorites such as German Bratwurst, Country Garlic and Mild Italian. Or perhaps the Dutch Farmer, an American Style Brat (we have several!) or Romanian Beef & Onion beside your potatoes & veggies or grilled and stuffed into a bun with all the fixins. For more on the mild side we have Honey Garlic, Chicago Italian, Irish Bangers, Russian Dill or Dill Pickle!! For friends who love to test out something new ;)

Cheesy Flavors
Who doesn’t love cheese in a sausage?!! Classics like Jalapeno Cheddar or Spinach & Feta, plus unique options such as Roasted Garlic Asiago, the Tuscan or Donair Beef! Tomato, Onion & Mozza Cheese) We make over a dozen cheesy options so check out the Big List to see more!
Hot Stuff
This list keeps getting bigger, lol! For a medium kick you might like the Texas BBQ, Salsa Chorizo, or Honey Garlic Jalapeno. Slightly hotter would be the Andouille, the Creole or Milanese Hot Italian (fantastic BTW crumbled onto pizza or in homemade lasagna!) For a more adventurous taste we have the Northern Thai or Welsh Dragon Sausage flavors that bring the heat!
Breakfast Sausages
Savory or Sweet? If you prefer non-sweet options we have the JD or Country Breakfast in Pork or All-Beef!! Maple Breakfast is made with 100% Canadian Maple Syrup and always a hit with the kids but don’t miss out on trying the Apple Fennel, Blueberry Sage or Cranberry Chipotle. Different flavors made up every week!
Smoked Meats
Pepperonis, Smokies, Garlic Sausage Rings plus a few specialties such as Landjaeger, Summer Sausage or Pizza Pepperoni are available in several flavour options plus a classic European Style Smoked Bratwurst thats very well known in Parkland County.
